How does the combination scale with lapel vertical packaging machine work?

Actually, the workflow of the multihead weigher packing machine is very simple, as follows:

1. Feeding: Transport material to multi-head weighed through Z-type elevator.
2. Weighing: Accurate weighing is achieved by independent weighing sensors on each head. The combination closest to the target weight is automatically selected by “combination calculation” according to the machine settings.
3. Filling and packing: Then, the corresponding weighing hopper will open automatically to instantly and centrally discharging the material into the bag below.
4. Discharging: After the material is put into the vertical packaging machine, it will automatically complete the steps of bag making, filling, sealing, cutting, etc., and finally the final product is discharged.
